Female Athlete for September 2016
Abbie, 17, has been a client of MU Human Performance Institute for a little more than five months and has shown great improvement in all areas of athletic performance. She participates in soccer, basketball and track at Fayette High School.
Abbie wants to participate in sports at the collegiate level and is willing to put in the work to ensure she reaches her goal. We are excited to see her finish her senior year strong and then have great success in whatever college is lucky enough to have her.
When asked about MU HPI, she said, “My favorite part is the environment. I enjoy the the laid-back atmosphere.”
Male Athlete for September 2016
John, 14, is one of our oldest clients (training time, not age). He has been with MU Human Performance Institute for almost two years. It has been extremely enjoyable to watch him develop as a person and athlete. John participates in football, tennis and basketball.
John has a great way of balancing his comic personality with a great work ethic. We are happy to have him as part of the MU HPI family and wish him continued success in all his future endeavors.
When asked about MU HPI, he said, “I like all of the general and embedded testing that we do. This allows me to see myself and scores getting better.”
