Male Athlete for January 2016

Andy Ciolino

Andy CiolinoAndy, 11, has been a client of MU Human Performance Institute for a year and a few months, and he trains as many days a week as his schedule allows. Andy participates in multiple sports, including baseball, basketball and football. Each day, he strives to be the best and is almost like a second coach on the floor because of his focus and attention to detail on every exercise. Andy is a fierce competitor and a great leader for such a young man, and we are excited to see what the future holds for him. When asked about what he enjoys about MU HPI, he said, “I enjoy playing games after the workouts. It’s a good reward, and it’s fun.”

Female Athlete for January 2016

Carter Hawkins

Carter Hawkins Carter, 13, has been a client of MU Human Performance Institute for a little more than a month, and she trains three days a week. She participates in multiple sports, including basketball, gymnastics, softball and track, and she is seeing great improvements in her overall performance. Carter is very detail-oriented and is a great example and leader for the other members in her class because she pushes her limits each and every time she steps foot in our facility. She has a very bright future ahead of her in whatever she chooses to do. When asked about what she enjoys about MU HPI, she said, “I like that it doesn’t feel like just a workout because we do fun, game-like activities. I also like the coaches and athletes I train with.”
